Registration to vaccinacion

We communicate in Czech or English only. If you do not speak Czech or English, we recommend you to come with a person who helps you with translation from/into Czech or English.

Don´t forget to bring to vaccination

a valid passport or an ID card if you are an EU citizen,
a document proving a long-term residence permit in the Czech Republic,
Wear suitable clothing – T-shirt or a short-sleeved shirt, so you can easily reveal your vaccinated shoulder.

Payment information

Payment for vaccination is made before the vaccination at the payment terminal.
We require cashless card payment only. Payment in cash is not accepted.
The price of each dose of vaccine, including it´s administration, is 400 CZK.
We accept credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro

Please follow these rules:

Arrive to the vaccination centre at the reserved time (up to ten minutes in advance),
arrive alone, if necessery, accompanied a maximum by one person
follow anti-epidemic measures (respirator, hand hygiene, safe distances)
taking photos, videos and audio recording is prohibited
consumming food and beverages is strictly prohibited

When cannot be vaccinated? What to do?

Do you have a fever?
Do you currently have a deteriorating health condition due to another illness?
Does your physician not recommend vaccination at this time?
Have you been vaccinated by another vaccine in the last 14 days?
