Introduction:
The Department of Neurology provides compassionate care 24 hrs a day.
Since the department was established it has closely cooperated with the Neurosurgical Department and the Radio diagnostic Department. We offer expert care aided by the latest medical technology from life-saving intervention intervention for acute cerebrovascular diseases, brain trauma, neuro-oncology to neurologic disorders due to disease of the spine.

Ward:
The ward is divided into three units providing standard, intermediate and intensive care, depending on the severity of the patient's condition.
Standard Care Unit provides 28 beds (3 persons per room maximum) with a separate bathroom, electric adjustable beds (with individual lighting), medical gas distribution system, telephone and internet connection.
Intermediate Care Unit provides 10 electric adjustable beds. Each rooms has a separate bathroom and the unit provides an intensive and nursing care for our patients.
Intensive Care Unit is specialized in diagnosis and treatment of acute cerebrovascular disease. We provide 2 single and 2 double rooms equipped with the latest technology. The intensive care unit is operated by the professional teams of physicians and nurses.
Extra services:
Our department has three single superior bedrooms. Daily rate is 600 CZK.
